I got one of those trailer receivers on the back of my vehicle and bought one of those bike racks that fits into the receiver. The rack has these rubber bungies that wrap around the top tube of the bike and connect to the bike rack. Well, it just so happened that I left the bungies in the storage compartment of the SUV I traded in on a Soccer Mom van. End result? Bike rack with no tie down bungies to hold the bikes in place. I ordered these and they're a solid replacement for the originals. Pop one end on the bike rack, wrap it around the bike top tube, and pop the other end on the bike rack. It's that simple. If you need some replacement bungies these'll do the trick.
