Percolated coffee is the best! Only downside is that the strainer holes are a little too large, and allow grounds to get into the coffee too easily. Other than that, I love that I can make a percolated pot of fresh ground coffee on my induction cooktop now.

Either the induction pot did not have instructions or we lost them in the packing mess.

Discovered that with water almost to the bottom of the basket, coffee grind should be coarse (kinda), heat should be full blast until perking is steady then reduced to just over simmer for 10 minutes. Yields a robust coffee with no bitterness

I used a good burr mill and regular 'ol Eight O'Clock whole bean coffee.

Our new induction stove (LG) has this thing where you can rank induction cookware with a score, 8-10 being very good. This pot ranked 9.
