There is nothing not to like, the capsules are tiny and very easy to swallow. I discovered I should have been taking this after having a thyroid removal 25 years ago. When I checked the dosage amount which is extremely important with this supplement AOR was very accurate. Just as with medication, it's also important to depend on which ones too much can be harmful so I have decided after doing quite a bit of reading to stay with this supplement company, I would recommend this supplement to everyone.

    I think this product may have given me a stomach ulcer. I’m concerned that they are not accurate with the amount of selenium in each pill. I experienced a lot of abdominal pain after taking this product and it has continued for the past 5 days. I only took what was recommended on the bottle and that is the recommended RDA, but with my body‘s response I’m concerned that they may have higher levels in each capsule than is shown on the bottle. I would not recommend people use this product.
