    I've been taking this supplement for about a month as part of a longevity stack. I feel that urolithin a is a supplement you need to take for quite a while before you start feeling it's benefits. That said AOR is a reputable company and this urolithin a is a fraction of the cost of the very popular brand advertising on podcasts so I am willing to make the investment and give it some time to feel its effects.

    I initially purchased this product as a result of the number of medical studies showing potential health benefit. Well have 4 weeks of continuous use, I have felt no changes at all. I do plan to finish this second bottle of the product and unless something changes, I plan not to continue using it. Very unfortunate as I had expected some perceivable changes.
