    Intermittent fasting has helped me lose a few pounds, but my scale is stuck. I heard Chromium GTF potentially helps weight loss and increases lean muscle. So I gave it a try. It's been over a week since I started taking it. I love the fact of how small the pills are -- easy to swallow. What amazes me is that my metabolism seems to have improved as I no longer suffer constant cold hands and feet. Best of all, my waistline shrank! I can fit in some of my old skinny jeans and dresses too tight to wear before.

    As a warning, I suspect the pills contain caffeine. I had trouble sleeping when I took it at night. Also, if you have a problem with caffeine like me due to an auto-immune issue, you may want to be cautious. I have minor flare-ups but nothing major. For me, the benefits still outweigh the costs.
