    This is the second drawer that I had purchased for our school. When I purchased the first one I returned with no problem. Since we no longer needed the product at that time, we tucked the new one away and we just opened it. It had the same exact issue and now it is too late to return. The drawer is stuck and can't be opened with a key nor can it be opened with an electronic transaction. Complete waste of money for our school.
