In the images of the product, they have the serving size as 3 capsules for 3000mg of creatine monohydrate which is 1000mg per capsule but the product I received, each capsule is 750mg making the serving size 4 capsules for 3000mg this is false advertising and misleading so don’t get this product if this is not something you want.

    I hate taking creatine powder because it makes me nauseous and doesn't dissolve in liquid so there's always these "sand grains" at the bottom of a smoothie. Much prefer capsules. Easier to digest, and the effect is just as good.

    I would have given this product 4 or 5 stars if the picture matched the actual supplement bottle.
    The picture says 120 capsules of 1000 mg. The bottle I received is 120 capsules of 750 mg.
    I thought I would have 50 servings according to the picture (3 caps per serving), but instead I have 30 servings only (4 caps per serving). This means I only got 120 g of creatine, when I was expecting 150 g.
    The product itself is fine and felt more energy after taking it than normal. I like the gelatin caps (natural- unlike most veg caps), and feel good about the alleged lab testing of the creatine. Beware of the undisclosed shrinkflation though, and only buy if you're okay with getting less than advertised on the picture.
