In the images of the product, they have the serving size as 3 capsules for 3000mg of creatine monohydrate which is 1000mg per capsule but the product I received, each capsule is 750mg making the serving size 4 capsules for 3000mg this is false advertising and misleading so don’t get this product if this is not something you want.

    I hate taking creatine powder because it makes me nauseous and doesn't dissolve in liquid so there's always these "sand grains" at the bottom of a smoothie. Much prefer capsules. Easier to digest, and the effect is just as good.
