Directions

To activate protein synthesis and increase muscle recovery, take 1 serving of AMINOCORE during weight training or any athletic event. On non-training days, AMINOCORE can be taken anytime on an empty stomach. Due to the potent nature of this product, it is not recommended to exceed 2 servings daily. Pour 1 scoop of AMINOCORE into water and shake or stir well. Take during workouts, or anytime you want to decrease muscle breakdown and increase protein synthesis.     The black and red branding is a little funny for something that tastes this sweet. It had a good flavour at first but like the Allmax preworkout powder it just starts to taste like iced tea after a while for some reason. Its not a very pleasant taste at that point, and for me I reached this point after only drinking some 3 times.

    I think it has to do with preservatives or it being somewhat old, not sure. Or possibly it reacts to oxygen very quickly once its opened, becoming worse in flavour before it could realistically be consumed unless you are like a family of 45+ people drinking this lol.

    Aside from the flavour though I imagine you still get the BCAA content which is the main thing I guess.
