A Must-Have for Home Manis! Adds Strength to Natural Nails.
The only base builder I use on my natural nails! I apply the nail prep first, then 2 coats of this base builder - Cure, then 2-3 coats of my selected gel polish. I finish with their no wipe top coat which is amazing! 10/10 Recommend. Took me a while to get the hang of using a base builder VS just base coat, colour/top coat but I love how strong this makes my nails (It also seems to help them not wear down as easily, I can go up to 4 weeks before re-doing them) You can choose to use a nail drummel to buff down the polish and base builder to smooth things out and then reapply the b.builder or file then soak off with a strong acetone, scrap/buff with a nail file for a “fresh” set. Doesn’t damage my nails like acrylic or the hard gel at nail salons would.

However it does peel, I’m pretty sure builder gel isn’t supposed to peel off but I dont mind too much because it doesn’t start until around the late 2 week mark. Overall, happy with the purchase!

    I am so super excited about this product. I waited a full set and two fills before doing this review so that I was able to give an honest review of the product. I did one hand using nail tips and the other hand using forms so that I can get an idea of how both worked with this product. The fact that itself levels is absolutely amazing and it makes applying the product a lot easier. It is a little on the thicker side but if you heat up a cup of water and just set it in there for a few minutes, it helps to thin it out a little bit. I however prefer the thicker consistency. I have had no lifting, and I have had no chipping or cracking whatsoever. I was surprised at how well it worked with a nail form. I was not expecting it and I’m pretty sure I should’ve videotaped when I pulled my first nails form off. I am a nail technician licensed and have been doing it for over 20 years. This is a product. I will absolutely keep on my table.

    I’ve been doing my own nails since the 90s and recently have discovered builder gel. I’ve tried several kinds (some more expensive). Then my hands started being itchy and red the day after I would do them, and I would get these itchy blisters. So after researching, I figured I’d try Hema Free, and I haven’t had any problems with this gel so far! It’s easy to apply and my nails do not lift at all. Very happy I found this!

    I had to do a quick fix on my polygel reinforced short left hand nails. My middle finger specifically. I didn't want to file it all down and spend more than 45 minutes fixing only one lifting nail. So I broke out my e-file and only took out the one side and decided to fill the missing section with this product instead. And I have got to say, I'm amazed! Unless I'm looking at my nail from the angle I showed in my included image then you can't tell! PLUS, and I'm serious about this part, after a week there's still no sign of lifting. Now for most people this wouldn't be an issue... But.... I'm a hairstylist and I play guitar!!! And this IS my left hand. I use my middle finger almost like a slide when I play. And my vibrato is kinda legendary lol. So, I'm SUPER ROUGH on my nails! My philosophy is, if I break it, I'll just fix it. So I typically go through my day not giving two thoughts to my nails. Having done my nails for going on two years. I'm pretty good at knowing which fingers are gonna be the ones to give me problems. My right and left thumbs, and my left middle are my two trouble nails. I know I'll be trying this product on my other nails soon enough. So if anything changes then I'll change this review(not likely). But as of right now, this product is a five out of five. It's exceeded my expectations. Oh and I also did do a clarity test when I first got this stuff but I didn't take any pics then. It is CLEAR! And just a quick tip to those who may not be used to using a thick B.IA.B.(builder in a bottle), swipe away as much product off the brush for the first coat but don't cure. Load the brush and then fill in the thickness on second pass. Oh and hold you finger upside down so that the product doesn't puddle at the sides. That's what I've found has worked for me.

I've tried everything, bactrum has been my temporary relief to sleep at night, my fingers hurt horribly and i have a pretty high pain tolerance.. but you use your hands for everything!! So my burns and cuts reopen and the burning sensation just does not go away.. if you like your nail beds.. do not use this...

On the length (L) so far so good my nails are supper frail so i always need to have acrylics on.. i have all the stuff to do my own acrylics however its time consuming for me. This product cured just like an acrylic and you are able to go as thick or as thin as you'd like. A few tips: do&cure one nail at a time so the gel doesn't slide and you end up with a blob by the time you cure all the nails. Another tip, file naile a little & use a dehydrator and a bonder before you start each nail. Keep in mind if you wash dishes or your nails are in water for long periods of time like everything else it will lift sooner bc water softens the nail making the nail soft; so wear gloves or dont keep your hands in the pool for too long. I DID 3 COATS AND CURES.
