I recently tried the AIKE Commercial Horizontal Baby Changing Station for our business restroom upgrade. It made a strong first impression with its clean, minimalist design and sturdy fold-out structure. The grayish white colour blended well into the wall, and it felt dependable during daily use.

The good stuff was the safety-focused build—its deep concave shape and adjustable strap kept infants secure. The built-in shelf and hooks were convenient for storing wipes and diapers within easy reach. The HDPE surface wiped down quickly and felt durable enough for high-traffic use.

Opportunities included the wall mount process, which required precise drilling and more than one person to align properly. Also, while the build quality felt strong, the unit is fairly bulky when folded down, so it needs ample wall space to install comfortably.

Bottom line: Safe, durable changer with smart storage—ideal for commercial restrooms.

Wow this reminds me of the ones in public washrooms. I'm surprised of the quality behind this. Very similar, if not the same, as the public ones. Great plastic quality. Not too heavy. Has the slow drop feature so it doesn't damage the hinge thankfully. Installation is pretty straightforward but I didn't mount it in my home as I already have a change table. Pretty awesome! Great for any business~

The AIKE Commercial Horizontal Baby Changing Station appears well made and is easy to set up. It comes with everything you need to attach it to a wall and should be attached to the studs to ensure it is secure. The table has a belt to keep baby from moving around too much, and dispensers you can fill with disposable table covers, paper towels, etc. The surface is easy to clean. We got this to upgrade the bathroom in our salon and it's been much appreciated by our customers.

There is a drop down compartment that you can offer diapers or maybe disposable covers for the bench. The bench for changing comes equipped with a seat belt to help hold the child so they don’t fall off. It folds up and down easily. The station at the widest point is 33.9 inches so be aware of that for installation area . It needs 22.8 inches of space for the table to drop down. A nice feature is the ability to hang bags off each end .
The station comes with all the mounting hardware you will need and an instruction manual. You will need your own tools to mount it. Follow all instructions to ensure it is mounted well and will hold the weight of a child .
The only thing that may be difficult is cleaning the seatbelt .

The changing unit is sturdy and fits well in our small community café, where families often visit. It's wall-mounted which saves space and folds away neatly when not in use, which is important in a busy area. The surface is easy to wipe clean and it is safe for babies, with secure straps and a solid build. Parents have commented that it makes changing nappies much easier and more comfortable when they visit. Installation was quite easy and the unit looks professional on the wall.
