    Grande Fabrizio!!! Le storie di questa Africa bella, selvaggia e disgraziata, sono raccontate con un ritmo avvincente e ti fanno immergere nelle realtà di quel tempo, che probabilmente sono le stesse dei nostri giorni.
    Se fosse stato di 1000 pagine me lo sarei divorato ugualmente, tanto mi immedesimavo nelle varie storie. Forse condizionato da quello che sentivo da giovane dal diretto interessato, avrei voluto andare ancora più in profondità nelle varie tappe della narrazione. Consigliatissimo per l'autenticità e per la veridicità di tutto quanto ripotato.
    Ogni capitolo potrebbe essere un libro a se stante.

    Una vita vera raccontata, anche con ironia, che ti prende e che non lasci più fino alla fine. Ho ritrovato nelle parole dell'autore i suoni e i colori dell'Africa nel suo profondo, dall'aria quasi mediterranea dell'Algeria all'odore di terra madre che ti travolge dell'Africa più interna. Sulle descrizioni vivaci di luoghi (e di tempi!) affiora poco a poco la trama umana del giovane e poi dell'uomo che rivela con sincerità la sua scuola di vita. Esperienze forti che ogni novello cooperante dovrebbe leggere prima di lanciarsi in un mestiere avvincente anche se esposto ai grandi venti della storia contemporanea. Per trovarsi preparato a resistere e superare le difficoltà.... fino a che è possibile.
    Fabrizio emerge come uomo positivo che nelle difficoltà continua la sua ricerca e che vive una vita che vale la pena di essere vissuta. E raccontata.

    Leggere questo libro è stato un vero piacere. È stato bello vedere come un ragazzo di quel periodo non ha accettato i compromessi lavorativi in Italia e forte del suo titolo di studio si è messo in gioco in una delle terre più belle e complicate del mondo; L'Africa. La conoscenza con l'autore mi ha permesso ancora di più di apprezzare la persona che è.
    Consigliato a chiunque ama l'avventura e la storia socio-politica dell'Africa di quel periodo.
