Coming from Cheap Chinese and a Variety of Master Locks u was presently surprised with how smooth the. Pins are. This was an absolute pleasure to pick compared to other brands the fit/finish and machining its top notch. Looking forward to aquiring other Abus brands to pick. Got my orange Belt for this lock. would definitely recommend this lock if one is Looking for a good quality lock that is built to last

    I've used this lock on my work locker for over 3 years, it continues to work well.
    BUT, you need to know that this Abus model is vulnerable to "combing", which basically means you can buy a universal key (comb) online that can unlock every Abus 55 lock (as well as nearly all Master lock models) in just a couple seconds. It's also vulnerable to shimming, but most padlocks are anyway.

    To keep coworkers out of your stuff, it's totally fine. But anyone who really *wants* to get into your stuff can do it with zero skill required, so just be aware. Higher level Abus locks don't have the comb problem.
