I bought this printer for my business. It arrived on time and packaged with care and safety in a hardened box with the parts of the printer insulated with foam. The printer is packaged separately from the oven but sent in one shipment. While the ink and DTF are sent in a different shipment. The after sales team responded quickly to our queries. We had an issue with the printer and the technical support team especially Jeremy was very pleasant, helpful and resourceful. When he was not able to fix the problem he forwarded the issue to the factory and our issue was resolved in a timely manner.
