Je prends quelques minutes pour partager avec vous mes impressions sur ASMARK Batterie de rechange pour le MacBook Pro A1990. Le kit que ce vendeur vend est génial, vous n’avez pas besoin d’outils personnels car tout ce que vous aurez de besoin est inclus dans la boite. Vous verrez que la batterie à retirer est composée de 6 cellules, ici les batteries d’origines sont gonflées à bloc prêtes à éclater. Vous vous en rendez compte lorsque vous commencer à avoir de la difficulté avec le trackpad et que le portable peut pratiquement tourner sur lui même tellement le gonflement des batteries font pressions sur le couvercle en dessous du portable. Les 5 tournevis Torx nécessaires sont inclus et de plus, le diagramme de 60 étapes est de qualité, images de grand format en couleur, il faut juste prendre votre temps mais ça va très bien. Avec le grattoir vous passer sous les batteries à enlever en vous assurant de ne pas mettre de pression sur la batterie afin qu’elle ne craque pas. Une fois remplacé cette nouvelle batterie à une excellente autonomie, elle se charge rapidement Bref, il est certain que je vais recommander de ce vendeur sur 鶹 le service est rapide et je vous assure il ne se fait pas mieux.     Instructions pretty good, I'm not that handy but I succeeded on first try. Took a little over an hour. Everything is in the kit except for the rubbing alcohol. After installation was complete, MacBook fired up immediately and battery health read "normal".

    I threw the old battery in the garbage (oops). Within 5 minutes we noticed smoke pouring out of the garbage can. The old battery caught fire. Good thing we caught it right away or we would have burned down the house! Took 24 hours to get fire smell out of house. So... BE CAREFUL HOW YOU DISCARD OLD BATTERY!!!

    installation was quite straightforward but time-consuming -- that said I'd recommend marking screws since it is easy to forget which one should go where.

    The battery was quite fine to keep for about ~2h but it is on "Low Power Mode" and is much shorter than it was with the original battery initially.
    But what is worse -- Macbook is constantly restarting when it is on a power adapter and with the battery plugged in. So now I need to work only on battery and set it on a power cord from time to time to refill the battery.

    I cannot recommend this experience -- you spend a few hours installing these batteries and get half a working Macbook. it isn't fun.

    The battery comes nicely packaged with all the tools (screwdrivers, scrapers, even gloves) you need. Instructions are included, but I opted for a youtube demo (some are much better than others). A word of caution that the removal and installation process is very involved and not for those who aren't comfortable with tiny screws and unplugging tiny wires from clips. I managed to do it, but it's not for everyone. Regarding the battery itself, it's working very well after a few months of use. I have no idea how long that will be the case, but I recommend it based on my experience.

    It worked! Batteries seems to last long time as the original. The replacement was not so hard. The hardest part was to remove the four batteries - you need to be patient and use alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. One hurdle was to identity the different screw drivers as they were not marked in the instructions or on themselves.
