    Ces cartouches d’encre sont incompatibles avec HP2700, contrairement à ce qui est affiché. Acheté absolument pour rien.

    Used this to print a few pages, everything seemed normal.
    Came back from the weekend and the printer would no longer print, software would give error message regarding cartridge compatibility problems.
    I'm guessing at some point the printer called home (HP) and caught that it wasn't an HP branded cartridge.
    So based on my experience, would definitely not recommend this for an HP DeskJet printer.

    My husband purchased a new HP printer in the fall of 2024. I bought this ink cartridge to have for when the ink that came with the printer ran out. I should have read all the reviews! It did the same thing another reviewer said - it printed 1 page and then stopped, with an error message. This is an issue with HP as they want only HP ink cartridges to work in their printers. This particular ink cartridge may work with older HP printers, but it didn't with a brand new HP printer. I left a 1 star review and the seller reached out to me. Even though it was well beyond the return period, he graciously refunded my money. I am changing to 5 stars because of the service. Excellent service!

    I have an HP printer, and I purchased these cartridges. The tri-color worked just fine, but the black one did not communicate with my printer. I contacted Pitooler customer service and explained the issue. They were VERY responsive and immediately shipped me a replacement package and even reached out afterwards to make sure they were working properly. I was very pleased with the replacement product and the customer service I received from Riley. My advice is that if you have an issue, contact the vendor and give them an opportunity to make it right before writing a bad review.

Much to my surprise, the chips in these cartridges registered with my printer, and I'm back in business!! They were easy to install, and the prints appear crisp and clean. I can't yet speak to the cartridges' longevity, but, as soon as I can, I will come back with an update. All and all, these are angreat value for the money!!
