I have an abundance of hot peppers and wanted to try and make some fermented hot sauce. I found these bottles and thought I would give them a try. They arrived intact, with bottle tops and plastic sauce plugs. They have come in handy to store my hot sauce, and I would recommend them!

    I made fermented hot sauce, bottled it up, and now have a stash of hot sauce in my fridge for the next few months! Great quality. The orifice reducer (plastic plug thingy with hole in center) snaps in nice and tight. The glass is thick and has a strong quality. Comes very well packed, with everything you need to bottle your own hot sauce or condiments. All you need is your own small funnel. There are some great YouTube videos on making your own hot sauce.
