  • COMPATIBILITY: The 5231EL1003B Lint Filter is only fit for some specific dryer models. Replaces part numbers 5231EL1002E, 5231EL1003A, 5231EL1003E, AH3527578, AP4440606, EAP3527578, PS3527578. (It is not universal, please check the compatibility before purchasing.)
  • TIPS: If the new screen would not sit flush inside the lint trap cover like it should. Maybe a lot of lint accumulates under the filter eventually preventing proper seating into place. Best to remove the plastic housing to get enough access to remove lint.
  • NOTE: This 5231EL1003B lint filter is different from ADQ56656401, please compare these two filters from size and felt seal. 5231EL1003B filter has a felt seal, and is bigger than ADQ56656401 filter.
