My husband bought this quad for my birthday recently. Delivery was horrible. They kept moving the day (5 times to be exact). It finally arrived and as soon as a took the plastic off to look at it, it was obviously not a new quad. Scrapes and gauges in the metal parts as well as the plastic areas. Grease residue that you would only expect to see on a used machine. Many of the main motor components looked aged and dirty. Then I look at the registration certificate and it states it’s a 2021…4 years old. I check the battery and it’s dated September 2023. We are now fighting for a refund and they are giving us the run around. Making a dispute through our cc company as well. We were told by the rep we were buying a brand new quad. This is fraud, don’t trust Venom
