These fit the bill for what my neurologist recommended. The intensity of my migraines has gone down since I started taking these. It’s too early to tell if there is a correlation between this supplement and the reduction in pain, but I’ll take it! One thing to note is that the doses of vitamins listed is not per capsule but per three capsules. One capsule contains, 133.33 mg of B2 100 mg of Magnesium 66.67 mg of Coenzyme Q10 So if you only need one of these vitamins it might be more economical to buy it individually.

    i bought this on recommendation from my daughters’ neurologist in hopes to simplify taking her migraine supplements. thought i’d try for myself and boy what a mistake.

    i took one pill and within minutes my stomach was not well and it takes a lot to get it this upset:/ if my stomach is this upset after 1 pill, there is no way my daughter will be able to tolerate it.

    guess it’s back to the jamieson mix for us.

    i wish i could get my money back.
