3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator All-in-One Kit

The 3M 6000 Series Full Face Masks are proven to be simple to-handle and comfortable to the wearer. The exhalation port-provides increased durability, easy cleaning and reduced breathing-resistance which helps to increase your comfort. Available in three-sizes, all masks have the 3M bayonet connection system allowing connection to a broad range of twin lightweight filters to protect against gases, vaporous and particulates depending on your individual needs.

Fitting instructions must be followed each time the respirator isworn.

1. Fully loosen all four head straps, and then place the harness atback of head and position respirator over the face.

2. Pull the ends of the four straps to adjust tightness, starting withthe neck straps first, then the forehead straps.

    Excellent mask. I purchased this for my job (greenhouse worker) and I have to mix soils for different projects. When dealing with perlite it can send up such a fine dust it will coat your lungs and prevent the alveoli in your lungs from converting oxygen into the blood stream potentially deadly so we are required to wear masks. I bought this one for myself and am not at all disappointed. No issues with particulates, no coughing like crazy, easy to breathe with, nice fit to my face with proper adjustments which they have an insert to show you how to properly adjust it to your face. When I am walking and just need it to be carried the straps that conform to the back of my head release slightly in the front so they can’t be damaged so I can wear it around my neck as I don’t have an free hands when I am pulling a large crate on a pallet jack to go to the soil mixer. Moisture will build up the longer you wear it I simply make sure that as soon as I don’t need to wear it that I use an alcohol pad (find them at any pharmacy store) and wipe down the inside to ensure no bacterial growth.
