Love coconut butter! Like other reviewers said, it’s totally addictive! It is also very easy to digest, so it’s perfect for people following AIP or other health protocols. In my opinion, it’s much tastier than peanut butter or almond butter AND it’s nut free! I only wish that it was a bit cheaper. I eat it with a spoon out of the jar, melt it and dip apple slices in it, put it on a baked sweet potato with cinnamon for a quick breakfast. It’s my go to when I’m craving desert and I need a quick fix. Quality of Nutiva never disappoints.
