Excellent for treating powdery mildew. I am making tiny batches of spray (1/3 tsp potassium carbonate, 2 cups water, drop of soap). This will last a long time and is an easy option for my indoor hydroponics. Also great for baking, brewing or a nutritional supplement. + Expiry date + Box and bottle well sealed + has quantity recommendations on the box for cooking and as a nutritional supplement

    As a home brewer sometimes the ph level gets off in the must (the initial brew), recently doing a brew with it off so far the yeast wouldn’t function, I used this to bring the must back into line for the yeast and they happily got to turning the must into mead.. great addition to the brew bench, nice to have a long shelf life.
