Product Description

How to Install:

1) Firstly, check if the thermocouple is fully heated by the ignited flame. It needs to be fully heated before generating voltage to open the air valve.

2) If your pilot cannot work like a gas magnet, it may be necessary to replace the thermocouple

3) Replace the thermocouple on the pilot bracket and hold down the air valve for a few seconds to see if it can stick.

4) If you don't insist, you must check if there is the correct type of pilot gas (natural/low pressure). If the wrong gas type is used, the thermocouple may not be able to send a signal to open the valve.
