    Contrary to the description that Bobbex is not harmful to humans -- it certainly is harmful. I applied Bobbex with a 3-layered mask. The fumes have affected my tongue very badly. The pharmacist suggested that I use Benlyn Allergy syrup and bathe my tongue. My tongue remains irritated. If you use it, try a hazmat suit. The odour remains for quite a while which is difficult to smell. However, even walking around the garden irritates my tongue even after several days. At this rate, I'll be visiting the doctor's office regarding my tongue! To Quote Bobbex.ca "Bobbex Deer and Rabbit Repellent is made of eggs, capsaicin, wintergreen oil, garlic oil, fish oil, castor oil, fish meal and meat meal. The combination and multiple redundancy of repelling ingredients make Bobbex a superior product over competitors." Bobbex contains CAPSAICIN. This is what is irritating my tongue. Capsaicin comes from chili peppers and while it is natural ingredient, it is a very irritating ingredient.

    It stinks but it works. I spray it at night time so the smell kind of dissipates during the night for morning. But it definitely works because where I live the deer live in the park and if I do not put it on they will completely sheer off all the flowers raspberries and everything. So I spray it on and it definitely repels them. It stinks but it works

    I love this product & use it every summer. Unfortunately, this time the bottle arrived saturated as the liquid leaked & the bubble wrap it was wrapped in was soaked within the box so about 1/4 of it was missing. This product really should have a better cap that doesn't leak. Maybe a bit of tinfoil or something within the cap making it more leak resistant. 😔

    We needed to buy a product like this to protect some of our new landscaping plants from the deer that frequent our yard. The product itself seems excellent but I gave it an imperfect rating because the sprayer only lasted long enough for my husband to spray two smallish cedars before breaking and now we have to find a new container. An extra shopping trip and extra cost wasn't what I was looking for. The spray itself seems to be working fine. My husband ended up wrapping the other two cedars with burlap since we haven't had time to deal with the broken container.
