About this item
- Fuel Injection Pump Pressure Test: Designed to check fuel injection pump pressure and fuel flow easily and quickly. Compare the pressure value with the manufacturer's recommended reference range to assist in diagnosing the gasoline engine fuel system
- Connections: 15 inch hose for direct connection to the 1/4 inch sae standard Schrader valve on the fuel pump, 8 inch hose for the M6 fuel pressure test port, and M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test ports on the fuel rail
- Fuel Injection Test Kit: Pressure gauge is 0-140 psi / 0-10 bar range with two color coded scale for easy reading. Pressure relief valve and 16 inch fuel drain hose help to relieve pressure and easily recover fuel
- Convenient: Made of stainless steel, copper and plastic. A quick release valve button provides one-handed use for inflation and deflation. The aluminum tee aids in splicing between the fuel pump and engine on most vehicles
- Fit: For most gasoline engine fuel injection pump systems (except for Bosch, CIS Jetronic, throttle body systems for GM vehicles), not for diesel high pressure injection pumps or direct injection engines due to the low pressure range of the fuel gauge

Splice In-line Connection
The fuel pump tester is connected to the tee fitting and two cut hoses are used to connect it to the fuel pump and engine respectively.
Two Connection Modes
- Direct Test 1: The fuel pump tester directly tests 1/4" standard valves or with one of the 1/4" fittings installed in the test fuel pressure test port (M8/M10/M12/M14).
- Direct Test 2: Connect the 8" hose to the built-in 15" hose and insert the combination into the M6 fuel pressure test port for a quick test.
How To Use
Step 1
8 "L hose for the M6 fuel pressure test port, and M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test ports on the fuel rail.
Step 2
15 "L hose for direct connection to the 1/4" SAE standard Schrader valve on the fuel pump.
Step 3
The original reading of the fuel gauge is 0, then start the engine.
Step 4
The gauge shows a reading of pressure. You can compare the pressure value with the manufacturer's recommended reference range to assist in diagnosing the gasoline engine fuel system.
